Mantis carefully crafts dynamic dishes with a refreshing simplicity, inspired by the traditional flavours of Japan. Our flagship site at Spark York has cemented our place in the York street food scene.

A small but dedicated team with an unbridled passion for what we do, from ramens to gyozas and fluffy bao. We strive to constantly evolve our cuisine with our curiosity and knowledge.

York Restaurant Week is currently closed but will return 11-17 March 2024. The OFFERS section shows the businesses which took part during our October 2023 event and the food and drink offers made available.
